Olympian Artists at Paris 2024
To celebrate the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024, eight Olympians and one Paralympian were invited to participate in the programme: through individual projects inspired by sport and Olympic values or through collaborative workshops with a focus on community engagement that were organized by the Olympic Museum in a collaboration with the City of Paris.
Among the nine participants in the programme, four Olympians and one Paralympian took up "residence" for one week each in a different social center in Paris and implemented workshops or collaborative art projects. More than 35 new works by six Olympians will be featured in a special group exhibition in Paris during the Games, in one of the hospitality venues created with On Location.
