Do you work with third-party providers or is everything done in-house? 

The vast majority of our events are organised entirely in-house. We can outsource specific customer requests (floral arrangements, specific technical equipment, security service, etc.) to our network of reputable and reliable partners. 

Can I bring in my own caterer? 

No. The teams from the Olympic Museum restaurant have exclusive catering rights on site. Our teams are in a position to offer a bespoke service, so please get in touch if you wish to discuss this.

Do you cater to specific dietary requirements? 

Our team offers menus that cater to all dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.). Please get in touch with our teams, who will find a menu that caters for your dietary requirements.

Can I hire the entire Olympic Museum for an event?

Yes, you can enjoy exclusive hire of the entire museum from Tuesday to Saturday in the evening (from 6 p.m.), as well as during the day on Mondays.

What audiovisual equipment do you have? 

Our Auditorium is fully equipped with an integrated sound, video, light and streaming system.

The Lausanne Room also has integrated audio and video equipment.

The Coubertin Room, Olympia Room and Restaurant are fitted with multipurpose audio and visual equipment, ideal for a wide range of events (conferences, presentations, dinners with background music, various entertainment, etc.).
